Equipment features
1. Used for automatic assembly of hose type infusion soft bags with aluminum-plastic caps, PC polycarbonate infusion plugs, and PP polypropylene dosing plugs.
2. All materials of the equipment are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which comply with GMP standards.
3. The aluminum-plastic cover sealing material is imported titanium alloy, with a mirror polishing treatment on the surface to ensure the smooth and beautiful sealing of the product.
4. The rotation of the sealing knife is driven by gear transmission, and each product is individually sealed, resulting in a high product qualification rate.
5. Each workstation is equipped with corresponding detection functions to ensure the correctness and quality of product assembly.
6. The active force is composed of a servo motor and a splitter, with high assembly accuracy and high qualification rate of the product.
7. The control system adopts PLC control and touch screen human-machine interface operation.
